Hot Drink Mixes: Combine all of the ingredients and place in a tightly covered jar for gifting. Add a tag with instructions: "Mix two teaspoons of drink mix with 1 cup of boiling water. Enjoy!"- Mocha Mix: 1/4 cup instant coffee; 1/2 cup cocoa; 1/2 cup sugar
- Café au Lait: 1/4 cup instant coffee; 1/2 cup dry milk; 1/2 cup sugar
- Cappuchino: 1 c. powdered creamer; 1 c. powdered chocolate milk mix; 2/3 c. instant coffee; 1/2 c. sugar; /2 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg **Note: You will need a 1 quart size jar for this recipe.
- Spiced Coffee: 1/4 cup instant coffee + 1/2 cup sugar + 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg + 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon + 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- Russian Tea: 1 (8 oz.) jar Tang breakfast orange drink; 1 pkg. lemonade mix (pkg. size to make 1-quart); 2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. instant tea, unsweetened; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. ground cloves. **Note: this is a large recipe and you could fill several gift jars or keep some to enjoy yourself!
